Refund Policy

Daily dinner orders: We offer 3 daily meal options and desserts for dinners. Please visit our menu page for daily options. You can call or text at 870.740.6361 or email southerneatsandtreats7578@gmail.com to place an order. Please allow a 24 notice for meal preparation requests to process. All meals will require prepayment. We offer payments through credit or debit cards, apply pay and cash apps. For full refund on daily dinner meals or desserts there is a 12 hour prior to delivery date and time for cancellations.

Catering Service: Please allow a 72-hour notice for all catering services. You can visit our menu page for catering meal & dessert options. We also accept special meal and dessert requests. Contact us at 870.740.6361 or email at southerneatsandtreats7578@gmail.com There is a 50% deposit requirement on all catering services upon placing order. Additional 25% payment is required 48 hours prior to the event date and the last payment of 25% is required the day of the event. For a 15% discount you can pay 100% upon order date. All payments can be made by credit or debit card; we also accept cash app and apple pay payments.
